Drilling MACHINE WITH NUMERICAL COMMAND FOR LONG LENGTH PARTS
CP 220 – 420 is the ideal CNC machine tool for producing finished parts from bar stock. This multifunctional drilling centre can perform multiple operations : drilling, tapping, routing and in option the flow-drilling.
The CP220 or CP420 multifunction drilling bench is suitable for working on any type of profile (round, square, rectangular), and any type of flat bar (steel, stainless steel or plastic) along the X and Y axes. The operator loads the profile into the VISUMATIC gripper and can start production automatically.
A high-speed option is available on this machine, useful depending on the materials to be drilled and/or the type of machining to be carried out.
Depending on your production rates and the width of your bars and profiles, we can offer a device with one or two heads, a 220 mm or 420 mm wide vice and high precision machining.
